About Manara Blue
A blue lighthouse
in the heart of Bucharest.
Manara means “lighthouse” in Arabic. Inside an industrial hall painted cobalt blue — copper pipes, velvet, solid wood — we built a place where every day is a culinary journey: Romanian sour soups next to Lebanese hummus, Italian pasta next to American wings, Asian wok next to Mediterranean mezze. All fresh, all unlimited.

A former industrial hall at Sema Parc, steps from Petrache Poenaru metro. High ceilings, warm light, a crystal chandelier and a terrace for summer nights.

03The menu may change depending on ingredient availability. Ingredient lists are shown in Romanian. Dishes are prepared in a shared kitchen that processes gluten, eggs, milk, soy, sesame, mustard, celery, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and sulphites — cross-contamination may occur. Guests with allergies or intolerances are kindly asked to inform our staff before eating.

Once a week we change tempo: fish and seafood, baked salmon, İzmir köfte, shish tawouk, kabsa and mandi, oriental desserts, terrace and hookah. Five hours, no clock, no limit.
